Build a comparison
Write a row for each month of the minimum term, including introductory and later rates; add upfront costs, handset payments, expected extras and any credit settlement. Compare total paid, not just month one.
Ask about the edge cases
What does it cost to leave early? When does the first price change happen? Does the provider cap roaming or out-of-bundle spending? Get answers in writing.
What to take to the provider
Have the tariff name, start date, current bill or usage screenshot and the exact question ready. You can ask our independent team to help frame those questions, but only the network can see your account or process changes.
