Keep or leave the number
Text PAC to 65075 to keep your mobile number. Text STAC to 75075 if you want to switch without keeping it. Your current provider should explain any outstanding contract charges.
Complete the transfer
Give the correct code to the new provider and follow its activation instructions. Keep the old SIM available until the transfer finishes. The guidance team cannot generate codes or transfer a number.
What to take to the provider
Have the tariff name, start date, current bill or usage screenshot and the exact question ready. You can ask our independent team to help frame those questions, but only the network can see your account or process changes.
